This policy explains what data we process at Notion Contact, why we process it and how you can exercise your rights at any time.
2. Data we collect
- User data: email address and profile name when signing in with Google OAuth or email and password.
- Supplier data: public business contact details such as trading name, website, general email, phone number, city and category.
- Aim chat: the messages you write in the chat on the Aim page. No account is required. They are stored encrypted, we do not store your IP address (only a keyed fingerprint used to limit abuse), and conversations are deleted after 12 months without activity.
3. Purpose
Directory management, user authentication, listing verification emails and spam prevention.
4. Infrastructure and security
- Database hosted by Supabase in Paris, eu-west-3, European Union.
- Hosting and CDN provided by Vercel.
- Transactional email delivered through Resend.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion of your listing or account at any time by emailing notioncontact.b2b@gmail.com or through your user dashboard.
